Bred by J. Fiala from ('Rochester' x 'True Blue') and introduced in 1981
Lavender-pink buds open into pale blue single flowers with some radial doubling; 'Rochester' parentage would probably keep this a semi-dwarf growing to 2 m high. Rated 'excellent' for the color class in Fiala's book.
Has shown a tendency to sucker at the Nursery.
