Bred by Lemoine in 1894, name not being registered until 1953.

Typical of the hybrid it grows into a largish suckering shrub 3 x 2m.

Creamy buds open to double white flowers with prominent yellow anthers in midseason. This is one of the older cultivars that has been available in Australia for many years.
